We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team in High Wycombe. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, playing a key part in maintaining smooth warehouse operations.

Manage the receipt, inspection, and booking of incoming deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory records.

* Pick, pack, and prepare orders for production and shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

* Perform regular stock counts, cycle counts, and update system records to maintain inventory accuracy.

* Support cross-functional teams as required and assist in loading and unloading vehicles (forklift driving may be involved).

* Ensure the warehouse is kept organized, safe, and in line with all health and safety regulations.

Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment is essential.

* Strong background in stock counting, inventory management, and ensuring accurate data entry.

* Proficiency in using computers and the Microsoft Office Suite.

* Forklift license is preferred, or a willingness to obtain one.

* Full, clean UK driver’s license is required.
