ONS is seeking an experienced and dynamic Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team across multiple sites in Newport, Southampton & Christchurch, with regular travel to Fareham. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity with a competitive PAYE salary and the option for a company car or a car allowance. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a multidisciplinary maintenance team, ensuring the seamless delivery of services across Electrical, Fabric, Plumbing, Mechanical/AC service streams. You will be the technical lead, overseeing the team’s performance, and will play a crucial role in managing subcontractors, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring the embedding of a robust health and safety culture. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a Multidiscipline Team: Lead maintenance teams across 3 sites, covering a variety of service streams. * Technical Lead: Provide guidance and resolve any technical issues that arise within the team. * Client Liaison: Maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations and KPIs. * Health & Safety Compliance: Foster a culture of health and safety within the team to ensure safe working practices at all times. * Team Development: Oversee recruitment, induction, training, and development for the maintenance team. * Performance Monitoring: Report on KPIs and ensure the team’s performance meets or exceeds agreed-upon targets. * Cost Reporting: Provide regular cost reports for client review. * Travel: Weekly travel to Fareham (2 days on-site with 1 overnight stay). Additional support to the team in Titchfield. Skills and Experience Required: * Proven experience managing an engineering or maintenance team. * Ability to manage client expectations and deliver against KPIs and SLAs. * Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills. * IWFM & IOSH Tech qualifications are highly desirable. Compensation: * Salary: £45,000 per annum * Car Allowance: £4,700 per annum or Company Car * Mileage Expenses: Reimbursed for travel to Fareham * Accommodation & Travel: Organised directly by VINCI for overnight stays and train arrangements.
