We are seeking 2 highly skilled, dynamic and experienced Business Change Managers to manage the successful implementation of a business transformation based on the replacement of legacy technology. These roles are pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption and implementation, based on ensuring the seamless transition from current operational practices to improved processes that align with the future state vision. This will require considerable business change for the user base so it will require skills/experience in delivering large Business Change whilst supporting Communications and Training deliveries. Once into the MIgration phase they will work with their Business Change Analyst to contribute and lead a migration workstream focused on designated process clusters.
Business Change Management Strategy:
Evolve and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support the transformation programme.
Develop the plan for Business Change based on the Business Change strategy and complete the implementation.
Collaborate with senior leaders, executives, and project managers to integrate change management activities.
Business Change Team Management:
Manage the day-to-day tasks of the team and ensure all deliverables are achieved on time and of the appropriate quality.
Provide project management support for all aspects of change projects and work with the Programme Manager to produce detailed plans.
Manage the end-to-end business change management process, from requirement gathering to implementation.
Applying a structured methodology to lead change management activities.
Prepare, support and equip people to adopt and use changes related to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organisational structures.
Support the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
Assess the impact of change on the business and classify impacts for different stakeholder groups.
Design and execute effective communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the transformation process.
Training and Support: Risk Management: Identify potential risks and resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies to address these challenges.
Performance Measurement: Industry Experience and Product Implementation:
Work with banking and financial sector customers.
Have experience working in modernization/transformation programs for a financial organization.
Have experience of working on major business change programmes of solution of critical national importance.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 8-12 year’s experience in change management, preferably within the technology sector.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Experience writing project documentation, including business requirements and system specifications.
