Role: Head of Utilities and Infrastructure
We have been appointed to assist a thriving construction company with the next phase of their exciting growth plan. Our client has invested heavily in their people over the last 12 months and has a robust project pipeline spanning 2025 and beyond.
Manage and coordinate remote field teams, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication as well as back of house support teams, SHEQ, Call Centre & Scheduling, Warehouse and Logistics, Fleet, HR, Desktop Auditing, IT, Admin.
• Ensure robust stock control and logistics systems are implemented to support field teams and minimise project delays.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ESB Networks and NIE infrastructure upgrade frameworks, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Facilitate regular performance review meetings to assess progress and address challenges proactively.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and pursue additional opportunities within the utilities sector
