Following an exciting period of growth, our client is now looking for an exceptional SEO Manager to lead their digital growth strategy. As SEO Manager, you’ll lead a team of two SEO Specialists and a Digital PR Executive, working closely with the SEO Content Manager to drive meaningful results through increased search visibility.
About you
- Proven experience leading or mentoring teams in SEO
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and off-site strategies
- Comfortable and confident using tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio
- Ability to break down SEO performance and explain insights in a way anyone can understand
- A strategic thinker with a focus on driving business growth

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS to streamline dev collaboration
- Experience with log file analysis or SEO dashboards
Your Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyse SEO performance, spotting quick wins and addressing issues fast
- Lead and mentor your team to deliver against commercial goals
- Uncover keyword and search trends to drive high-quality, converting traffic
- Respond to algorithm updates and protect key rankings
- Collaborate with developers to resolve technical SEO issues and improve site speed and health
- Optimise pages for structure, user intent, and conversions
- Align on-page efforts with the SEO Content Manager to support wider business goals
- Drive digital PR and link-building to strengthen authority and trust
- Share SEO best practices across teams and champion data-led decisions that tie directly to growth
