We are seeking a Revenue Assurance Analyst to oversee the accurate and timely invoicing of Hive Referral Partners and Customers, manage rental payment collections, and ensure revenue reconciliation. This role involves maintaining system data accuracy, producing insightful trend analysis across revenue-generating processes, and supporting the onboarding of new partners by ensuring operational systems are set up to facilitate future processes. This is a hybrid working role with occasional travel to our office/s, most likely Windsor or Leicester.
Key responsibilities will include:

BAU billing – running the monthly billing process to invoice all partners & customers, which are due.

Billing/invoicing resolution – working through system exceptions to identify and resolve any billing queries in collaboration with other departments where appropriate.

Monitoring of all unbilled accounts and uncollected payments and develops a collection process to recover that is then implemented as standard.

Monitoring of billing performance, reporting on success and identifying issues needing to be resolved.

Driving of continuous process improvement to ensure increased efficiency and ongoing service quality.

Accountability for completing audit activity across internal team and external partners to ensure costs are accurate.

Using Sap s/4 and salesforce.
Here\’s what we\’re looking for:

Previous billings/ collections experience. Preferably usage of Sap s/4 and salesforce.

Proven continuous process improvement experience.

Strong analytical skills along with exceptional attention to detail.
