Estimator

About the Role: We are currently partnering with a leading specialist in the design and in-house manufacture of high-spec, premium-quality doorsets in the search for an Estimator to join their growing team. This permanent, full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a reputable company and contribute to delivering high-quality estimates for a range of clients. You will play a vital role in providing accurate estimates, collaborating with clients and suppliers, and supporting the sales and operational teams. What You’ll Do: * Produce estimates using the company’s quotation system, adhering to the agreed pricing strategy * Manage multiple estimates effectively to meet deadlines in line with KPI targets * Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers * Amend and update client drawings and specifications to ensure accurate estimates * Handle customer enquiries via phone and email * Provide clients with suggestions for specifications within their budget * Liaise daily with the Operational and Sales teams to ensure smooth project delivery What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in estimating, ideally within the door and hardware industry * Strong customer service experience * Proficient in estimating software and office software packages, including MS Word and Excel * Completed or working towards a Certificate in Architectural Hardware Stage 2 * Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work Why Join?: * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Opportunity to work with a leading company within the industry * Supportive, collaborative team environment * Opportunities for career development and progression
