ABOUT THE ROLE: This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 1-4 years’ PQE to join the busy conveyancing team in a reputable Legal 500 firm. The team includes two Partners, a junior fee earner, a post-completion team, and administrative support staff. This role offers the chance to develop your expertise and build a long-term career within a supportive and reputable firm. You will handle a high calibre of work across various residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, investment sales, new build properties, shared ownership, re-mortgaging, equity release, lifetime mortgages, and lease extensions.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-4 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Experience across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters and a desire to develop further
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
