Service Lead Engineer

Lead Field Service Engineer – BESS – Remote / UK wide travel – £58K + OT & Bonus
Pangea has partnered with a global leader in Renewable Energy projects, hiring for a Lead Field Service Engineer. You will be responsible for leading a UK wide team of 8 Engineers whilst servicing, troubleshooting and maintaining cutting-edge Battery Storage Systems (BESS) to ensure that they are running at optimal capacity.

Leading, managing and mentoring a team of talented and dedicated Field Service Engineers.
Co-ordinating field service activities to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to address project demands and technical challenges.
Providing on-going communication with clients and customers to understand their needs and provide regular project updates.
Assisting Engineers with Diagnosing, Fault Finding, Troubleshooting and overall maintenance of BESS and related modules.
Keeping your knowledge up to date with industry standards, compliance, company policies and health and safety standards.
Providing regular job-status updates to senior management.

Experience Managing, Mentoring or Leading BESS Field Service, Technical or Engineering teams
A solid understanding of Energy Storage or Power Gen Systems, Electrical Engineering, Inverters, Controls and Networks
Able to travel to sites when needed
