Principal Transmission Engineer

We are working with a Cambridge based, award winning, mobile solutions company seeking a Principal RF Engineer to engage across various product phases, from initial conceptualization to production support. Joining a tight-knit team, the selected individual will spearhead all RF aspects of our offerings, beginning with conceptualization and system design, progressing through circuit design, PCB layout, testing, and eventual handover to production.
Bachelor’s degree in Design/Engineering or equivalent (minimum qualification)
Proficiency in autonomous work, encompassing development and testing of new designs
Desirable grasp of Software Defined Radio principles
Bonus: Embedded software development proficiency on PICs
Strong grasp of electronics and specialized RF/Microwave Engineering expertise, extending up to 4GHz
