A leading NI based main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a £40m commercial & industrial project in North Belfast.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be required to oversee all commercial matters on this project and create a collaborative relationship with the client who are repeat customer of this main contractor.
Sit on Monthly Management Meeting and be informed on all projects allocated within your team
Preparing tenders and procure sub-contractors, goods and materials
Sit in on weekly project reviews with Commercial Director as required
Attend de-brief meetings at end of Projects
Submission & Negotiation of Final Accounts
Validating Subcontractor Applications
Prepare Monthly Cost Reconciliation for Division Manager
The suitable Quantity Surveyor will have a Main Contractor background and project experience of £25M+. Knowledge of Current Forms of Contract
Experience with Mixed Use/Commercial
BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
Minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience.
