As part of the TUV family Risktec Resourcing have been tasked to assist our sister company TUV Rheinland Industrial Services (TRIS) in recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer for our Warrington or Belasis office. We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer who has experience of designing or maintaining Piping and pipeline systems, mechanical equipment, such as rotating machines, pressure vessels, valves and structures, to join our dynamic team of highly experienced project delivery Consultants and Engineers, delivering project and technical engineering services to client companies across the globe in all industry sectors. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess: β At least 10 yearsβ experience working in a relevant engineering field. A strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and a passion for innovation. Experience of using design software tools including E3D, Finglow and stress analysis programmes Experience in design verification of piping and mechanical installations Experience in piping and mechanical design Sound understanding of international and national standards Minimum 2:1 Degree level qualified in a relevant Mechanical Engineering discipline Effective communication skills and be customer focused. Able to manage uncertain and complex situations. Clean UK Driving License. Energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated candidate, with a drive to develop and further their career. Engineering and Operating experience working in High Hazard Oil, Gas & Chemicals Industry (desirable) Chartered member of relevant institution e.g. Institution of Mechanical Engineers You will work alongside a principal consultant on all types of project sizes and complexities, with a particular emphasis on delivering project and technical engineering solutions for clients, following an agile approach to identify new and more efficient ways of working.
