We are seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Specialist to join a highly successful travel company that offers various holiday types across the globe to agents and direct clients. To be considered for the post the applicant MUST be from an established UK based luxury tour operator with experience selling to travel agents. Luxury Travel Specialist Duties: * Turning ordinary into extraordinary – offering exceptionally high levels of service to agents and the discerning traveller. * Crafting and designing a range of holiday types including luxury tailormade travel, honeymoons, all inclusive, adult only, adventure and family trips. * Arranging unforgettable trips and offering recommendations * Handling a range of incoming luxury travel enquiries. * Working with the marketing and product team. * Building relationships with agents. * Account managing clients from start to finish. * Recommending luxury boutique hotels and destinations. * Participating in luxury FAM trips to increase product knowledge. Luxury Travel Specialist – Essential Requirements: * Experience within a UK based established luxury tour operator is imperative – selling to travel agents. * Strong knowledge of European & Worldwide destinations. * Strong work ethic with impeccable customer service skills. * Meticulous attention to detail.
