With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects, we are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and driven professional to lead exciting projects and play a key role in our continued growth. The Role As a Project Manager, you will oversee HMO conversion projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate teams, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: β Project Planning & Coordination * Work with surveyors, architects, and engineers to develop project plans. * Manage and approve building plans, budgets, and schedules. * Ensure all projects comply with building regulations and health & safety standards. β Team & Site Management * Hire and oversee subcontractors, trades, and site teams. * Create work schedules and monitor project progress. * Ensure health & safety protocols are followed on-site. * Liaise with local authorities, planning departments, and clients. β Project Delivery & Compliance * Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. * Troubleshoot and resolve any project challenges. * Maintain clear documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. What Weβre Looking For: β Proven experience in Project Management within construction, property development, or refurbishment projects. β Experience managing HMO conversions (preferred but not essential). β Strong knowledge of building plans, surveying, and construction regulations. β Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. β Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. β Relevant qualifications such as: * Degree, Foundation Degree, or HND in Construction Management, Building Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field (CIOB recognised). * SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, or CIOB Membership (preferred but not essential).
