Temporary Receptionist Job | Part time 30 hours | Liverpool L8 | £12.23ph | Non Profit
Your new company
A nonprofit organisation in Liverpool is looking for a part-time receptionist to join them for a minimum period of 6 weeks with the potential for permanent opportunities for the right candidate!
Your new role
Working on a busy front-facing desk, you will be the initial point of contact to the organisation! You will be based in a busy centre that delivers multiple activities and services in the community! You will be providing a warm and engaging welcome, supporting with activity booking, signposting enquiries and general admin support to the managers as needed! You will be working 18 hours a week, which is spread across a 7-day operation. Shifts are likely to include 1 full day at the weekend and evening work.
What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience working in a reception or in a customer service role will be required for this post! You will have flexibility and be able to pass an enhanced child barring check due to the range of people who use the facility!
