If you answered yes to all the above, then we have the perfect role for you. As a Membership Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of sales and retention throughout the club.
Daily Duties
- Dealing with membership enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face, ensuring a high standard of member experience, and providing accurate information to prospective members.
- Conducting tours and gym inductions.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with existing members to increase retention and referral business.
- Supporting and working with marketing strategies, KPIs, and initiatives throughout the club.
- Planning and running marketing and member events both inside and outside the club.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and member information in our CRM system.
- Being the front face for any member inquiries.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fitness or health industry.
- Level 2 Gym Instructor (preferred but not essential).
