Job Description
This Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor job in Leamington Spa provides opportunity to join a local mortgage and financial advice business as part of their growth plans.
You will be joining a team of Mortgage Advisors who each write over 100 Mortgages a year!
As a Mortgage Advisor you will benefit from the Business professional introducer network and client referrals, therefore supplying you with a steady flow of quality leads. You should then look to supplement this with some of your own self generation.
You will also benefit from full admin support to enable you to stay busy and wrote more cases.
The business will also support your professional development and will allow you to progress into Financial Advice if this is something you wish to do.
Mortgage Advisor Requirements
- You should have 2+ years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- You must be CeMAP qualified
- You should be able to self-generate some business
- You should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Time management skills and ability to prioritise is essential
- You must have excellent attention to detail and passionate about providing great service to clients
