Group Session & 1-2-1 Coach – Jamie Hanna Football Academy
Jamie Hanna Football Academy is a well-established football academy based in Milngavie (East Dunbartonshire). Since launching in June 2024, we have delivered six successful seasonal camps, with over 200 children taking part across the weeks.
We currently run group sessions for children aged 4-12 years and 1-2-1 coaching for players aged 10+. We are now looking to expand our team with confident, motivated young coaches who are passionate about developing the next generation of footballers.
The ideal candidate will be capable of independently delivering both group and 1-2-1 sessions to a high standard.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, detailed coaching sessions in line with the academy curriculum.
- Adapt your approach to suit both group sessions and 1-2-1 coaching.
- Confidently manage and coach groups of 12-14 children.
- Minimum of one year\’s experience coaching group sessions or 1-2-1s.
Desired Criteria
- Currently studying towards or holding a sports coaching qualification/degree.
- Actively playing football at any level.
- Additional relevant coaching or sporting experience.
- Tuesdays, 4:00-6:00pm, at West of Scotland Rugby Club, Milngavie.
- Competitive pay, with opportunities for additional hours.
