Immediate Start for a Part Time Receptionist Location: Luton, Beds Hours: 22.5 hrs per week Wednesday 1.00pm – 6.00pm (30 minute break) Thursday and Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm (60 minute break) Salary: £12.82ph Benefits: pension nearby parking if none available on site (it is first come first served) 28 days hols (inc bank holidays) We have the great honour of supporting this truly amazing, stoic company, steeped in heritage, who are looking for a part time Receptionist to work in their Luton, Beds premises. You will be the person dealing with all the visitors to the business, welcoming them in a professional, warm and caring, empathetic manner as expected of this amazing company and the services they provide. You will be answering the phone, taking detailed messages and passing them on to the correct destination and dealing with queries. General admin duties including filing, updating information on the database and supporting the team. Ensuring the reception is clean, tidy and inviting, offering refreshments to visitors Signing visitors in /out You will be working alongside another colleague. The right person will have a natural warm and caring disposition, have good personal presentation skills and people skills as well as excellent communication skills You will most certainly be a people person, with a calm, caring nature.
