If you have a talent for supporting young individuals with challenging behaviour, we invite you to become an essential part of our community at our Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Cardiff. At our PRU, we offer an alternative educational pathway for students in KS2 who have encountered obstacles in the mainstream school system due to various challenges, including health issues or exclusion. Our mission is to provide a nurturing and supportive environment where these students can flourish. Key Responsibilities: – Designing and implementing engaging sports programs tailored to the unique
needs of our pupils. – Employing a range of strategies to encourage a positive learning atmosphere and manage challenging behaviour effectively. – Encouraging personal development, teamwork and social skills through sports. – Assessing and recording pupil progress, adapting activities to ensure all children achieve success. – Collaborating with other staff members to integrate sports with wider learning objectives.
