We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and be organised and have excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, as well as an understanding of the confidentiality requirements of the role., · Ensure that all HR related administration is processed efficiently and appropriately.
· Entering employment data into the company database
· Organising and support formal employee related meetings, taking notes or producing action points where required
· Assisting with the recruitment, the on-boarding process and induction programme
· Dealing with any general employee daily inquiries
· Working with the HR team to ensure all policy documents are created, updated and distributing when required
· Monitoring and controlling the annual leave and sickness records using the employee database
· Assist with the maternity/paternity/adoption process
· Assist with employee lifecycle administration
· Assist in the development and coordination of the employee performance and development programme
· Assist in the development and coordination of the employee wellbeing programme
· Assist in the development and coordination of the of the health and safety administration system
· Assist in the general data protection processes
· Support the team with HR related projects when required
· Assist in regular reporting to the business and board
· Assist with organising company functions and activities.
· Assist with project work
