They are currently looking for a driven and committed individual to join their highly successful team based in Quedgeley, Gloucester on a full time permanent basis.

You will be liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage companies, working in a fast-paced environment. The role is varied and interesting and involves spinning lots of plates at any one time. Previous property experience is NOT required, if you are always striving to make sure the customer is satisfied, confident dealing with different types of people on the phone and problem solving, this role would be suitable for you.
Main duties will be:
– Liaising with purchasers, vendors, Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers, surveyors and all other parties involved in the house buying process to achieve company targets
– Ensure that all management information and updates are reported to the relevant people within agreed timescales
– Operate within the appropriate laws, regulations and company policies
– Maintaining customer records whilst providing high quality customer service
Candidate Attributes:
– Exceptional customer service skills
– Understanding of the house buying / selling process
– Must be able to work well under pressure and to meet timescales and targets
– Have excellent planning and organisational skills
– Ability to work and communicate as part of a team
Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm
Salary: OTE of up to £26k per annum with development opportunities, free parking, 22 days holiday + bank holidays
