Red Rock Partnership Limited are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in March who are looking for Machine Operators to join their busy team.
About the Business : Our client is one of the UK's largest growers and packers of fresh potatoes, supplying some of the country's largest retailers and processors from 2 production facilities.
About The Role : This role includes safely running the weighing and bagging machines on the packing line, ensuring customer orders are met to specification and communicating with all departments We have several vacancies available including days and nights.
DAY SHIFT- 4ON 4OFF, 6:00-18:00
Pay rate – £12.96 per hour
NIGHT SHIFT- Monday to Friday, 18:00 – 02:30
Pay rate – up to £14.55 per hour This is a PERMANENT position.
Roles and Responsibilities :
-To ensure all production targets are met,
-Be able to operate machinery and equipment whilst ensuring compliance with all specifications, policies and procedures,
-Lead the training and development of new team members,
-Full ownership of your line including problem and resolution and improvement ideas,
-Ensure personal compliance with Standard Operating Procedures,
-Ensure all records are maintained in a legible and timely manner,
-Maintain a 'clean as you go' policy for your line.
