The NEMS Data & Performance Lead will provide expert guidance on data analysis, data modelling, and reporting. Supporting our strategic direction to be a data rich organisation, allowing data and information to drive our business decisions. The postholder will be an expert in data, analysis & intelligence, and will provide guidance and support to NEMS Senior Leaders and Operational Managers to enable effective service planning and Improvement. Working with teams across the organisation, commissioners, and system partners to ensure compliance while providing evidence-based insights into the services we deliver will be a core part of the role. The Data & Performance Lead will take responsibility for ensuring our contract KPIs are reported on, providing assurance to our commissioners through formal monthly reports and ad-hoc requests on performance, quality, and capacity. This will involve creating and maintaining dashboards and performance reports for internal and external consumption.

This post includes managing and leading a small data team. Working closely with the team to understand, document, automate, and streamline business processes using data-driven insights, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and ensuring compliance with NHS regulations., The NEMS Data & Performance Lead will provide expert guidance on data analysis, data modelling, and reporting.
