We keep pushing boundaries, whether that’s in the brewhouse, with sustainability, or in the great outdoors.Get to Know This RoleThe Assistant Brewer position is a critical contributor to the production processes throughout the brewing department. This role is responsible for a wide variety of duties in support of the Brewing Department production needs, including raw materials receiving, staging and handling, Cellar work, use of the automation and database systems for process and inventory control and adjustments using WMS system scanners, process component cleaning, area housekeeping, equipment maintenance, and other duties as assigned. All duties must be performed safely, and with high-level attention to detail in accordance to Sierra Nevada Brewing Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and best practices.
