We are working with a Freight & Logistics organisation who are seeking Roadfreight Logistics Administrator for a Temp to Perm vacancy.
Based in Basildon (SS15) the hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am 5.30pm and offering £30,000 per year.
This role will be working in a busy Roadfreight Customer Services department covering Road Freight Imports and Export Administration support.
The daily tasks and duties of the Roadfreight Administrator will include.
Process and manage documentation for inbound & outbound shipments
Accurately completing KPI reports
Responding to customers, clients and suppliers queries quickly and offering a high level of customer service
Replying to emails for internal departments as well as clients and customers
Invoice processing charging for distribution and interdepartmental costings
Accurate & efficient data entry keeping systems up to date with required information
Using SAP and Microsoft Word, excel and Outlook.
Full training will be offered for the role.
We require a candidate with previous Administration experience, ideally with in the Transport, Logistics and/or Freight industry, who is a quick learn and has excellent communication and customer service skills
