Our client is well-known and highly respected firm based in central London with an impressive roster blue-chip commercial clients. They are looking for a paralegal with experience within the Construction sector. You must have solid non-contentious experience including:
- significant experience drafting, negotiating and managing.
- signature of collateral warranties in favour of various categories of beneficiary.
- appointments experience; and
- fully conversant with DocuSign
