A leading law firm is looking to hire an e-discovery support specialist in London, this role will suit somebody with a strong understanding of the e-discovery and litigation process. Supporting the senior manager and attorneys you will be mainly responsible for responding to escalated issues and recommending ways to improve practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Processing, loading and troubleshooting native data into E-Discovery platforms.
  • Coordinating and managing databases and establishing workflows.
  • Maintaining and designing of cloud-based E-Discovery solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and recommending technical solutions.
  • Performing data remediation, including case disposition and deletion, archiving, and restoring Relativity workspaces.
  • Providing training and presentations to various audiences.
  • Tracking data acquisition from internal and external resources.
  • E-filing and electronic document management.
  • Providing direct support to attorneys as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of five years e-discovery experience.
  • Prior experience of project management.
  • Advanced Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, CaseNotebook, Relativity, Trial Director or other related presentation software and external web-based document repositories and case management tools.
  • Law firm or professional services environment preferred.
