The Copthorne Hotel Slough - Windsor is seeking an experienced Night Manager who is responsible for leading the Night team in consistently delivering a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff whilst maximising revenues and maintaining a professional approach in all encounters. They will report to our Front Office Manager.
As Night Manager your key responsibilities include:
- Assuming and demonstrating the role of senior manager on duty during the rostered night hours
- Responsible for ensuring excellent communications between Day and Night team
- Ensuring for the safe-keeping and administration of the main DM safe and all monies during the night
- Responsible for the training and performance management of Night staff
- Ensuring and being able to demonstrate confidence and competence in all emergency procedures
- Ensuring the Night team are best served and able to manage guest expectations, concerns and queries
- The smooth running and delivery of all night audit requirements
- Being responsible for the safe service of alcohol
