Global Asset Management Paralegal
Our New York law firm client is continuing to build and grow from strength to strength in the London office and are hiring an experienced Asset Management Paralegal work on global matters for financial institutions, private equity houses, hedge funds and family offices. This is an initial 12 month FTC which is likely to extend due to the rapid expansion of the department:
- Generous salary of £50,000
- 09:30 – 17:30
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
- Lucrative regular overtime available
The Asset Management Paralegal role will be offering extremely high-level work from day one for the department, which will include running the AML KYC process for one of the team's largest clients! Candidates will be required to have the skillset and experience of taking on NQ/Trainee level work – we also require candidates who are available to work quickly.
Key Responsibilities of the Asset Management Paralegal:
- Processing amendments to fund agreements/contracts
- Drafting fund related documents under supervision
- Reviewing subscription agreements for fund investments
- Liaising with attorneys and paralegals in the global Asset Management Group
- Liaising with clients directly

- 12 months+ Asset Management / Funds / Corporate / Finance Paralegal experience from a top City law firm
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
