THE ROLE

We have a vacancy for an experienced Data and Cyber Lawyer 3 – 6 PQE to join a leading international law firm

The post-holder will be expected to advise on EU and UK digital regulation relating to data, privacy, and AI

The work will be mainly non-contentious, with a focus on advisory work, contracts, and strategic advice to a broad ranging international client base seeking to comply with data protection, privacy, AI and cyber requirements.

The work will require an understanding the EU and UK regulatory landscapes and a knowledge of other privacy laws.

This is a business facing role and you will be a main point of contact when liaising with international counsel

THE CANDIDATE

This is a role for a UK qualified solicitor 4-6 years of PQE in data protection or cybersecurity law gained from a leading law firm or similar

Applicants from a commercial tech background with experience of GDPR and data regulatory would also be of interest

You will have a solid understanding of national and international data protection legislation with experience advising on complex cross-border data transfer issues.
