Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Hampshire
Salary: Up to £50,000 (depending on experience)

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their busy and growing team. This is a fantastic chance for a confident and proactive individual to take the next step in their career.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload across various dispute resolution matters, offering clear and practical legal advice to clients. The role will include landlord and tenant disputes (both residential and commercial), contentious probate, and boundary/neighbour disputes . You will also be expected to build strong client relationships and ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ PQE in dispute resolution. A grounding in contentious probate and commercial litigation would be an advantage. You should be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail, and possess strong communication skills to liaise professionally with clients and third parties. A proactive, team focused approach is essential, alongside the ability to work independently when required.
Working Arrangements:
This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm).
