Customer Service Representative – Part-Time, Temporary
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We want you to join our team here at FedPoint!
As a Customer Service Agent within our vision and dental team, you will be the cornerstone of our customer support operations. You’ll interact with Federal employees and customers via email and telephone, assisting them with a variety of needs, including account updates and program information. You’ll also handle outbound calls to ensure our customers have the best experience possible and support various administrative tasks as needed.
Details:
- Temporary role: Start date Monday October 6, 2025 through March 2026.
- 1 full week of training – PAID
- All equipment provided
- Part time hours: Monday-Friday 10am-2pm, 11am-3pm or 12-4pm
- Hybrid work opportunity!
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of customer service experience or demonstrated strength in customer service skills, call center, or similar experience preferred. Experience with web-based customer service systems is required; familiarity with work distribution systems is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to make sound decisions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Professionalism and tact in handling diverse customer interactions.
