Hours: 21 Hours a week, Monday – Wednesday, 9am – 5pm

We are recruiting a Part Time Scanning & Reception Assistant.
Are you organised and efficient with great communication skills? Do you enjoy varied tasks and adding value. Then this could be the role for you.
As part of a friendly and supportive team you will provide excellent service to your internal colleagues, by using your admin skills to efficiently and accurately scan and index customer and Society documents.
While also being the first point of contact on our reception desk for our external customers. You will be providing excellent customer service while answering calls, managing a switchboard, taking messages, and managing faxing and an enquiries mailbox.
As part of the larger Customer Support team, you will work closely with colleagues to learn all aspects of the role within your comprehensive training program.

Essential skills and experience:
- Experience of working with internal and/or external, customers to ensure the highest quality service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent in the basic use of Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, Outlook and Office 365
- Proven administration skills
