To support Minitab’s continued growth, we are looking for a Training Administrator to manage our educational services across the EMEA and APAC regions. This is a key role ensuring our training operations run smoothly from contract to completion—delighting customers and supporting colleagues worldwide.
Position Overview
You’ll be responsible for the development, maintenance, and evolution of processes for Minitab’s educational offerings. This includes executing operational processes, documenting process changes, administering service delivery tools, and finalizing training contracts for customers.
What You’ll Do
Training Administration

Manage the full lifecycle of training delivery—from contract drafting to execution.

Coordinate schedules, logistics, systems, and documentation to ensure seamless service delivery.

Validate information, process service offerings promptly, and handle inbound customer and internal queries.

Collect and analyze customer feedback post-training.
Service Operations
-
Maintain accurate customer information in relevant systems.

Ensure all service bookings are processed correctly and on time.

Oversee the delivery of physical training materials as required.
Cross-functional Collaboration

Liaise with Sales Management to improve processes and address service challenges.

Participate in cross-departmental meetings and projects.

Create reports, provide analytics, and manage Statements of Work (SOW) for alignment across teams.
What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of customer-focused experience (training coordination is a plus).

High school qualification or equivalent work experience.

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, plus experience reviewing data in CRM systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

French/German/Dutchhighly desired.

Action-oriented, accountable, and comfortable working with diverse groups of people.

Willingness to travel domestically or internationally (less than 10%).
