Position Summary:
We are seeking a Key Holder to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Store. This role is ideal for an ambitious self-starter seeking a progressive career in the Retail Beauty Industry.
With your passion for people, our company, and our products, you will create a unique and inspiring in-store experience for each customer, educating, inspiring, and delighting them. You will also demonstrate excellent coaching and mentoring skills, lead by example, and be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis, including cash reconciliation at the start and end of each day.

Qualifications and About You:
- Previous retail experience, including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing, is desirable but not essential
- Experience in supervising, coaching, and mentoring team members to meet sales and customer service targets is desirable
- A passion for delivering authentic, personalized, and inspirational customer service
- An approachable and friendly personality
- Confidence in engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored service
- Flexible availability across days and hours; please discuss your availability with the hiring manager during the interview process
