Exciting brand in a growing sector seek to appoint a commercially minded accountant into a role which blends management reporting and FP&A.
Your new role

  • Produce periodic management reports providing commentary and analysis on the actuals to guide the business.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for deviations from budget/forecast.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Analyse financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse financial data.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or soon to qualify)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience as an analyst or in a management accounting role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
