Client Service Representative Analyst – Cleared Margin Client Service Team

As a Client Service Representative Analyst in the Cleared Margin Client Service Team, you will primarily work with buy-side clients such as Hedge Funds, Investment Advisors, and Asset Managers. Your role involves developing internal partnerships with Marketers, Salespeople, Prime Brokerage, Credit Executives, Middle Offices, and Operations Teams.

The team supports clients trading Futures & Options (F&O) and OTC Cleared Derivative products within JPM\’s Equities Markets department. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Developing the Clearing Client Service offering.
  2. Providing flexible support to Prime Financial Service businesses in a dynamic market environment.
  3. Responding to incoming margin settlement requests, comparing them with JP Morgan\’s exposure, and agreeing on asset movements.
  4. Following up on failed settlements and investigating disputed or uncovered margin requirements.
  5. Resolving client portfolio queries promptly.
  6. Escalating issues as needed.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  1. Client service experience.
  2. Problem-solving skills with the ability to develop client solutions and improve processes.
  3. High accuracy, attention to detail, and numeracy skills, with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  4. Excellent communication skills for detailed interactions across various business areas.
  5. Confidence in meeting clients and providing feedback on data interactions.
  6. Ability to work an 11am-7pm shift two days a week (Friday rotation) and a 9am-5pm shift on other days.
  7. Preferred knowledge of OTC Derivative products, Futures, and Options.
  8. Experience in partnering with internal stakeholders and managing relationships with clients, Credit Executives, and Business Partners.
