Finance Assistant (Part-Time: 25-30 Hours) – Office Based
Are you an experienced Finance Assistant looking for a flexible, part-time role in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our finance team on a part-time basis, working 25-30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the cashbook.
- Process payments, allocations, and reconciliations.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Post purchase invoices using the POP system.
- Reconcile supplier statements.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns.
- Process employees expense claims.
- Support month-end procedures, including stock checks and valuations.
- Provide cover for sales ledger and credit control functions.
- Undertake ad hoc duties to support the finance department and wider business.
