GSL Education are seeking a skilled and dedicated HLTA to join schools in Cleethorpes. This is a wonderful opportunity for an individual with experience in a classroom setting to support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring students thrive academically and socially.
Responsibilities as an HLTA:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and provide classroom support to teachers.
- Assist in planning, preparing, and assessing learning activities for pupils.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and other additional needs.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive, safe learning environment.
- Provide individual or small group support to students to help them reach their full potential.
- Assist in the development and implementation of learning strategies for specific pupils.
Requirements for HLTA:
- Relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in an educational setting.
- Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally in a school environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- A valid enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
- A full, up-to-date CV with clear explanations for any employment gaps in the last 10 years.
