Finance Assistant (Part-Time: 25-30 Hours) – Office Based

Are you an experienced Finance Assistant looking for a flexible, part-time role in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our finance team on a part-time basis, working 25-30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the cashbook.
  • Process payments, allocations, and reconciliations.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Post purchase invoices using the POP system.
  • Reconcile supplier statements.
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns.
  • Process employees' expense claims.
  • Support month-end procedures, including stock checks and valuations.
  • Provide cover for sales ledger and credit control functions.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties to support the finance department and wider business.
