Special Needs Tutor – Further Education Location: Stockton Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm Pay: £128 per day Contract: Temporary (Potential of permanent appointment for the right candidate). We are seeking a dedicated Special Needs Tutor to join a specialist Further Education provision in Stockton. This full-time role offers the opportunity to support young people with special educational needs in developing their skills, confidence, and independence. The tutor will deliver a small amount of English, employability skills, and sensory-based maths to small groups of learners. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEN learners in a school or further education setting, an understanding of sensory learning approaches, and confidence in delivering functional English and maths. Patience, adaptability, and a passion for supporting young people are essential. The role is initially temporary, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. In order to obtain the higher pay bracket, a Level 5 of equivalent qualifiction is required.
