Job Description
Financial Adviser – Private Client Servicing
Salary: Up to £70,000 basic
OTE: £90,000+
Working Pattern: Office-based initially, hybrid available post sign-off
A global, investment-led financial planning firm is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Adviser to join its Private Client Advice team. The firm provides regulated advice to a large, established UK client base and operates within a highly structured, well-governed environment.
This role is focused on delivering high-quality, holistic financial advice to existing and prospective clients, supported by strong infrastructure, specialist teams, and clear development pathways.
The Role
- Provide ongoing regulated financial advice to an existing client bank
- Advise across pensions, investments, ISAs, bonds, and estate planning
- Deliver retirement and drawdown advice, including complex planning scenarios
- Provide inheritance tax and trust planning advice
- Use cashflow modelling to create tax-efficient financial strategies
- Optimise investment wrappers and tax positioning
- Deliver advice primarily via phone and written communication
- Increase face-to-face client meetings as you progress
- Work closely with internal specialists and operate within a robust T&C framework

About You
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)
- Level 6 / Chartered status advantageous
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and IHT planning
- Client-focused with excellent communication skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex cases
- Motivated by sustainable, performance-based earnings rather than self-generation
