What You’ll Do:
As our Credit Control Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of 10 credit control professionals, driving efficiency and maintaining robust financial procedures. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the management of customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving queries.
- Handling key tasks like daily cashiering, debt recovery, credit risk reviews, and invoicing through customer portals.
- Proactively collaborating with sales consultants and other departments to resolve issues and optimise processes.
- Training and supporting our sales force in credit control best practices.
- Taking ownership of process improvements and maintaining clear, documented procedures.
