Job Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Casual Retail Sales Advisor at our Chester Store. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working as part of a team.
What will you be doing?
- Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience.
- Till work including processing cash and card payments.
- Gaining and building upon Product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Basic Sales Management through driving the AVS, UPT and Conversion by offering add on sales and upselling.
- Merchandising/display.
- Stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
- Supporting in receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will have recent retail and/or customer service experience, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Having strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will be confident in delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team. A retail and/or customer service qualifications would be advantageous.

This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis. Your main base will be our Chester Store.
