Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for customers over the counter & on the telephone
Maximise hire and sales revenue
Cover deliveries and collections when essential to business demands
Ensure vehicle are always loaded safely and in line with company procedures
Responsible for appropriate branch presentation
Carry out daily compliance and H&S checks, as directed
Assist and attend stock takes as required
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience of delivering excellent customer service
Commercial mind‑set and aware of importance of service delivery
Effective communicator with ability to influence and empathise
Good attention to detail and IT skills
Knowledge of local area
Valid driving licence
Knowledge of hire industry desirable but not essential
