A highly respected and fast-growing regional law firm is looking for an experienced real estate solicitor to join its compliance team in either its Northwich or Nantwich office.
This is a rare opportunity to apply your deep knowledge of property law in a purely technical, non-client-facing role — free from billing targets and caseload pressures. You’ll be a trusted source of expertise for colleagues, helping to manage risk, refine processes, and ensure the smooth handling of complex property transactions.
Over the next two years, you’ll have the chance to establish yourself as a senior figure in the department, contribute to firmwide initiatives, and mentor others — all with a clear pathway to senior associate, head of department, or even partner level.
