Salary: up to £32,000 per annum
As a Student Conversion Advisor, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and sales support to International Students. This involves advising on pending conditions, securing confirmations, fee payments, visa requirements, travel preparation, course information, and accommodation.
You should be friendly, helpful, and professional in all interactions to ensure students receive the best possible service.
The successful candidate must demonstrate proven ability to communicate fluently in written and spoken Spanish and Portuguese, with strong linguistic accuracy and cultural awareness.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Support students who have received an offer and confirmed their place at their study centre, including advice on next steps to start their course
- Provide information on clearing remaining academic or application criteria, visa application, accommodation options, and destination info
- Present and prepare student arrival workshops and networking events
- Collaborate with admissions and campus staff to facilitate a smooth transition for students
- Maximise conversion rates from Offer Issued to arrival
ABOUT YOU
- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and/or Portuguese, with strong linguistic accuracy (essential)
- Knowledge of overseas education systems (UK, Ireland & North America)
- Understanding of Student Visa Regulations (Tier 4)
- Outstanding customer-service orientation
- Experience using Salesforce CRM & PureCloud telephony system
- Higher education qualification, with relevant experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience in calling/industry experience
