We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our construction team in Bristol. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and commercial support to the contracts team, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Uploading budgets / cost code changes / commercial reviews.
* Raise all new projects on NAV.
* Assist with applications for payment.
* Assist with PQQ’s.
* General office orders / procurement.
* Assist with travel / accommodation.
* Manage training requirements for the service centre.
* Assistance with Verisae and other client portals.
* Send supplier / vendor forms to new companies.
* Fleet management.
* Office audits / safety / defibs / fire / first aid / PAT testing.
* Oversee / minute the weekly contracts meeting.
* Assist the contracts team with administrative duties
* Monitor WPA aftercare submissions.
* Compilation of O & M Manuals.
* Maintain central filing systems including SHEQ files – administration for completed paperwork coming back from site.
* Update and audit the WPA Portal system for all projects.
* Assist with subcontractor and supplier vetting.
* Assist with complaints logging / updates.
Knowledge & Experience
* PC literate proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Great administration skills
* Able to work in an organised manner
* Managing Email queries.
* Using bespoke systems (NAV) to assist with commercial aspects of the operational delivery. (training will be given)
* Managing databases.
* Previous, demonstrable experience in a similar role as a Contracts Admin assistant/specialist/Coordinator is highly desired
