A Leading Construction Business are looking for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Worcester / Malvern. Job Duties:
Assist senior quantity surveyors in project cost management
Prepare and submit estimates, budgets, and cost reports
Assist in procurement of materials and subcontractors
Conduct site visits to gather data for cost analysis
Assist in contract administration and negotiation
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Full Driving Licence
Relevant Quantity Surveying related qualification
Education:
Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field (DESIRED)
Experience:
No prior experience required, training will be provided
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in IT, including MS Office suite
Attention to detail and analytical mindset
Working Conditions:
